Subacute – Non-Medically Assisted Treatment

Non-Medically Assisted Treatment provides detoxification services to individuals who have used a substance within the last 24 hours but are not in need of medically managed services. Clients may take prescribed medications if given by the hospital prior to admission. Typical length of stay for alcohol withdrawal is 3 to 5 days; other substances may be from 5 to 7 days.
